Company Beginning/ Intermediate CONTEMPORARY (ages 13-Adult)
this is a dance company class held for company dancers! *audition is required. Class location Is TBD in Raleigh, nc 27603. Address is provided after STUDENT REGISTERS. Weekly tuition includes the cost to cover costumes.
60-min CLASS/REHEARSAL WITH A dance warm-up, across the floor, and beautiful choreography with the best music. Company dancers will perform company choreography for CHURCHes and local arts organizations 2x’s THIS FALL/WINTER. Dancers are required to attend all classes to be able to participate in performances. *2 absences will be allowed for FALL/WINTER 2025 due to illness, injury, or an emergency.
adult strength & stretch (Ages 18+)
60-min monthly class WITH easy-to follow stretches and strength training moves to fun music. STRENGTH training EXERCISEs change each class. STUDENTS WILL NEED A YOGA MAT AND 5 LB-10Lb DUMBBELLS. *this is a virtual class and students will receive A zoom link after registering.
